1 · What we collect

When you fill out our lease enquiry form, we collect:

• · Your name, role, work email, and mobile number
• · Your company name and (optionally) your ACRA UEN
• · Your fleet details: industry, route type, daily distance, payload, number of vehicles, timeline, preferred lease term
• · Any notes you add to the form

If you message us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, we keep that conversation in our records.

We don't run hidden trackers, browser fingerprinting, or third-party advertising pixels. The site uses one analytics tool (Google Analytics) to measure overall visitor patterns — no individual visitor is identified.

2 · Why we collect it

We use what you give us to:

• · Reply to your enquiry with vehicle options and lease structures
• · Schedule meetings, site visits, or test runs
• · Send you the proposal documents you asked for
• · Stay in touch about your fleet electrification project

That's it. We don't sell your data, don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and don't share with affiliate marketers.

3 · Who sees your information

Only our internal EVhubs team — the people who'll actually quote and serve your account.

When you progress to an actual lease or purchase, we will share specific details (your name, company, vehicle requirements) with the manufacturer (Foton, Farizon) and financing partners as needed to fulfil your order. We won't do this without telling you first.

We never share your information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4 · How long we keep it

• · Active enquiries: for up to 24 months from your last contact
• · Signed customers: for the life of the relationship, plus 7 years after (Singapore accounting record-keeping requirement)
• · If you ask us to delete: we delete what we can, normally within 30 days of your request

5 · Your rights — what you can ask us to do

You can email us at any time to:

• · See what we have on you
• · Correct anything that's wrong
• · Delete your records (we'll keep only what we're legally required to keep)
• · Withdraw consent for us to contact you

6 · Security

Your data sits on our website hosting (CLDY, Singapore-based) and in our internal CRM. Both use industry-standard security (encrypted in transit via HTTPS, password-protected access). We are a small team and limit who has access on a need-to-know basis.

If there's ever a data incident that materially affects you, we'll notify you within 72 hours, in line with Singapore's PDPA breach notification requirements.

7 · Cookies

We use one cookie set, from Google Analytics, to measure visitor numbers and which pages people read. It doesn't identify you personally. You can block it in your browser settings or via tools like uBlock Origin.

We don't use behavioural advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers.

8 · About this policy

EVhubs is a trading name of AMPRA Pte Ltd. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and update this policy when our practices change.
