// What we operate

End-to-end DC charging operations.

Our charging-as-a-service model covers everything from initial site assessment through to 24/7 operational support. You run your fleet — we run the chargers behind it.

01

High-Power DC Fast Charging

Provide your fleet with the speed it needs. Our high-power DC charging systems deliver rapid turnaround times, ensuring your commercial electric vehicles spend less time charging and more time on the road. It is the perfect solution for busy depot operations.

02

Advanced Liquid-Cooled Technology

Reliability meets ease of use. By using liquid-cooled cables and power modules, our systems manage heat effectively to prevent slowdowns during continuous operation. The cables are also lighter and easier for drivers to handle, ensuring long-term durability.

03

Intelligent Dynamic Power Allocation

Maximize your energy efficiency. Our smart power cabinets automatically share and balance electrical output across multiple charging points. By reading each vehicle's real-time needs, the system distributes power smoothly, whether you are charging one vehicle or a full fleet.

04

Future-Proof Standards & Protocols

Enjoy open flexibility with zero vendor lock-in. Our systems fully support the latest open communication protocols and industry standards, including seamless Plug & Charge features. This makes billing and fleet management automatic, secure, and hassle-free.

05

Smart Fleet & Depot Management

Keep your operations running smoothly. Our integrated platform offers total visibility into your daily charging cycles, including scheduling, preventive maintenance, and real-time health data. We help monitor system status to maximize uptime across your depot.

06

Robust & All-Weather Design

Built to perform in demanding environments. Our chargers feature high-grade, weather-resistant enclosures with anti-corrosion protection, making them ideal for humid tropical climates. They also feature quiet operation, allowing them to be placed near noise-sensitive areas.

// Standards & compliance

Built for Singapore's technical and regulatory requirements.

At EVhubs, compliance is designed into every charging solution from the outset. Our systems are developed to align with Singapore's key standards for EV charging, electrical safety, fire protection, grid connection, and environmental durability — helping clients deploy infrastructure with confidence and long-term reliability.

We take a standards-led approach to engineering so that each deployment supports safe operation, smooth integration, and consistent performance in Singapore's demanding commercial and industrial environments.

// Built for Singapore

Sized for the routes Singapore fleets actually run.

Charging infrastructure designed around real operational patterns — not generic templates. Whether you move containers through Tuas or last-mile across HDB estates, the charging strategy starts with your route data.

Container haulage routes

Heavy DC charging for prime movers running Tuas / Jurong port-to-warehouse cycles. High kWh per session, fast turnaround.

Jurong / Tuas / port logistics

Hub-based charging stations sized for clustered fleet operations across industrial west — including shared-charging hub opportunities.

Cold-chain logistics

Charging strategies that account for refrigerated payload, depot dwell time, and continuous-duty refrigeration loads.

Urban delivery fleets

Lower-power overnight charging for last-mile vans and mini-trucks operating from neighbourhood depots and HDB-zone logistics hubs.

Industrial depot charging

On-site charger deployment integrated with depot operations — load balancing across vehicle classes and shift rotations.

Shared charging hubs

Multi-operator depot charging arrangements — split CapEx, share utilisation, accelerate deployment.

// Technical confidence

Charging reliability matters as much as the vehicle.

For commercial fleet operators, an unreliable charger is a parked truck. EVhubs works with charger manufacturers, vehicle OEMs and site owners to support charging compatibility, battery charging behaviour, communication protocols and operational uptime.

A

480V DC charging compatibility

Verification that the charger output matches vehicle battery acceptance — preventing degraded charge rates that bottleneck operations.

B

Charging integration documentation

Vehicle-to-charger integration documents per SKU — handover-ready for your operations team.

C

Battery charging curve analysis

Per-vehicle charging-curve profiling to determine realistic depot turn times under load — what your fleet planner actually needs.

D

Vehicle-to-charger interoperability

Multi-OEM, multi-charger testing so adding a vehicle later doesn't break the existing depot infrastructure.

E

CSMS / OCPP integration

Charging Station Management System integration with your back-office tooling — billing, reporting, fleet telemetry, scheduled maintenance.

F

Liquid-cooled deployment planning

Site survey, cable run planning, thermal & power-quality assessment for liquid-cooled high-power chargers — done before the order is placed.

// Energy Infrastructure-as-a-Service

Beyond chargers — a DC-coupled microgrid.

EVhubs supports future-ready energy infrastructure where solar PV, battery energy storage and DC fast charging share an integrated 800 V DC busbar. The battery absorbs surplus PV during the day, discharges into chargers during evening peaks, and recharges from grid during off-peak hours when tariffs are lowest. One commercial wrapper, one operations team.

  • · DC-coupled architecture: PV feeds the battery via MPPT, then the charging stack — fewer conversion stages, higher round-trip efficiency
  • · AI-enabled BEMS: Battery Energy Management System optimises charge/discharge cycles against solar generation, fleet load and ToU tariff signals
  • · Peak shaving: charge battery off-peak, discharge during demand-charge windows — turns volatile electricity bills into a flatter line
  • · Potential operating cost reduction across vehicle, charging and energy lines
  • · Reduced upfront CAPEX through service-based deployment
  • · Improved energy resilience via battery storage integration
  • · Support for Scope 1 emission reduction reporting
  • · Scalable charging deployment as fleet grows
// How it works

One commercial wrapper.

Vehicles, chargers, energy, software, operations — all delivered under a single platform agreement. You commit to the outcome, not the components.

EVhubs takes the integration risk so your operations team can focus on the routes.
